I post videos and behind-the-scenes content of dollhouse renovations, miniature furniture builds, and full restorations. I love sharing the creative process and often ask my audience for design input and ideas along the way.

You can find me on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest — just search @VivaDesignMiniatures. That’s where I share all the projects I’m working on and updates about upcoming builds.

• Do you sell the dollhouses that you make or restore?

Yes! Sometimes my restored dollhouses are available for sale, and other times they’re gifted through my donation project. It just depends on the house and where its story leads next.

• What kind of dollhouses do you restore?

I’m very selective about the dollhouses I choose to renovate. My focus is on vintage, solid-wood, heirloom-quality pieces that are no longer in production. I especially love restoring extra-large dollhouses with grand details and unique layouts.

• Can I order a custom dollhouse?

Not just yet — but soon! My waitlist for 2026 custom builds opens in December. Join my email list on the website so you don’t miss your chance when requests open.

• Can I hire you to restore my childhood dollhouse?

I’m honored by the requests, but I’m not currently accepting commissioned renovations. Right now, my focus is on restoring and creating select vintage dollhouses from my own collection.

• Do you offer miniature furniture or decor for sale? 

I do! My online shop is currently paused while I focus on other projects, but check back soon for updates on when new pieces and digital files will be available again.

• Are you interested in commission projects from brands or businesses?

Absolutely! I love collaborating with brands on creative projects — from miniature builds inspired by real-life products to storytelling campaigns. You can reach me through the contact form on my website for inquiries.

• Are you still donating houses through the second story project?

The Second Story Project is currently paused. After my last donation, I realized that managing the nomination process on my own wasn’t sustainable due to the high volume of submissions that didn’t meet the guidelines. I’ve since reached out to a few “wish” organizations about partnering for future donation requests, so I can ensure each dollhouse goes to the right recipient through a properly vetted process.
