The Mini Artist

Hi! I’m Natasha, the creator behind Viva Design Miniatures. I’m a lifelong DIY enthusiast with a love for design and decor, both in real scale and miniature. I live in sunny Central Florida with my husband, a career firefighter and paramedic, our two wonderful children, and our goldendoodle, Mr. Darcy.

In 2022 I faced a difficult diagnosis and treatment, and it pushed me to look for purpose and creativity again. That search led me to restoring vintage dollhouses, and I fell in love with the process of bringing these forgotten homes back to life.

What began as a personal outlet grew into a thriving online community. Since launching my social media channels in 2024, I have connected with an amazing audience that shares my love for imagination, design, and all things miniature.

I specialize in restoring vintage, heirloom-quality dollhouses that have fallen into disrepair or simply become outdated with time. My focus is on creating modern, realistic miniature spaces, mostly in 1:12 scale, that mirror the rooms you might see in real homes. I love challenging myself to design imaginative and sometimes wildly detailed pieces that make each house feel truly one of a kind.
