Ricky’s Christmas on 72nd is a Ralph Lauren-inspired Christmas storefront and studio apartment dollhouse, thoughtfully restored from a vintage solid wood corner store dollhouse dating back to the 1970s and 1980s. Throughout the renovation process, great care was taken to preserve and restore many of the original architectural details, including the glass storefront windows, functional windows and doors, and real stone walkway.

The fully reimagined exterior now features painted white brick, black trim, and rich dark walnut windows and doors accented with traditional Christmas garland and ornamentation. Inside, the dollhouse showcases bordered wood flooring, a dark walnut coffered ceiling, custom wall paneling, tartan stair runners with gold stair rods, built-in shelving with miniature Christmas store inventory, and custom furnishings upholstered in vintage Ralph Lauren fabrics.

Additional details include beautifully decorated Christmas trees, battery-operated lighting throughout the interior and exterior, and a rotating authentic Ralph Lauren Polo Bear rooftop display. Every furnishing, accessory, and lighting element shown is included with the dollhouse.
